Best for: Busy families Seniors needing light help Homeowners catching up on projects People preparing for guests, moves, or seasonal changes
Yard Cleanup
We help with basic yard cleanup and property appearance so outdoor areas are cleaner, safer, and easier to maintain. This may include mowing manageable grass, weed whacking, raking leaves, bagging yard debris, clearing walkways, light trimming, removing small branches, and improving curb appeal. Heavy overgrowth, large brush removal, tractor work, and major landscaping may require a walkthrough and custom estimate.
Garage & Porch Organization
We help reset garages, porches, patios, and entry areas so they are easier to use and less overwhelming. This may include sorting items into keep, donate, trash, or haul-away areas; stacking boxes or bins; breaking down cardboard; sweeping accessible areas; clearing walkways; and staging items for disposal or donation. We do not throw away personal belongings without customer approval.
Hauling & Dump Run Help
We can help remove approved items from the property and haul them to the dump, transfer station, donation center, or recycling facility.
This may include household junk, yard debris, furniture, boxes, move-out leftovers, and approved non-hazardous items.
Dump fees, disposal fees, extra-heavy items, specialty disposal, extra labor, and multiple loads may affect pricing.
Hazardous materials, biohazards, chemicals, fuel, paint, asbestos, and unsafe items may require special handling or may not be accepted.
Move-Out Preparation
Our move-out preparation service helps get a home, garage, yard, or property ready for cleaners, movers, landlords, photos, or final walkthroughs.
This may include removing leftover items, staging donation or trash, light sweeping, garage or porch cleanup, yard cleanup, hauling support, and helping prepare the property for the next step.
Full deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, repairs, and licensed work are not included unless separately arranged.
Rental Turnover Support
We help landlords, property managers, and rental owners reset properties between tenants.
This may include removing abandoned items, hauling trash or junk, yard cleanup, exterior cleanup, garage or porch reset, simple non-licensed punch-list tasks, before-and-after photos, and preparing the property for cleaners, repairs, showings, or new tenants.
Licensed repairs, legal tenant matters, eviction services, biohazard cleanup, pest remediation, mold remediation, and full house cleaning are not included unless separately arranged or referred out.
Estate & Senior Downsizing Support
We provide practical help for families and seniors during downsizing, moving, or household transitions.
This may include moving boxes, sorting items into customer-approved categories, staging items for family review, preparing donation or disposal piles, organizing rooms or garages, and helping make the home easier to manage.
We do not appraise items, manage estate sales, make legal decisions, handle financial documents, or decide what should be kept, donated, sold, or discarded without customer or family approval.
Senior Check-In Visits
We offer non-medical senior check-in visits for families who want extra peace of mind when they cannot stop by themselves.
A check-in visit may include confirming the person is home and responsive, friendly conversation, general household observation, checking for obvious concerns such as blocked walkways or packages outside, bringing in mail or packages, taking out trash or recycling, and sending a written update to family.
Photo or video updates may be provided when requested and approved.
Senior check-in visits are not healthcare, caregiving, health monitoring, medication management, personal care, emergency response, or licensed medical services.
Loved One Check-In Visits
Loved One Check-In Visits are designed for adult children, grandchildren, partners, or family members who want someone reliable to stop by and provide a basic update.
This service is helpful for families who live out of town, travel often, or simply want another set of eyes on an elderly parent, grandparent, partner, or loved one.
These visits are for general reassurance and family updates only. If there is an emergency or immediate safety concern, emergency services or the appropriate family contact should be contacted.
Errands & Shopping Support
We help with simple errands and shopping support for seniors, families, and busy homeowners.
This may include grocery pickup, household essentials, mail or package pickup, donation drop-off, small local errands, and bringing items into the home.
Shopping costs are separate from service fees. Medication management, medical decisions, and healthcare-related support are not included.
Check-In + Shopping Support
This service combines a non-medical check-in visit with basic shopping or errand support.
It may include checking in on a loved one, picking up groceries or household essentials, bringing items inside, light putting away of groceries, taking out trash or recycling, bringing in mail or packages, and sending a family update after the visit.
This is a practical option for seniors or families who need both reassurance and basic household support.
Monthly Home Support Plans
Our Monthly Home Support Plans are for customers who want recurring help before small tasks pile up.
A monthly visit may include light home support, porch or walkway cleanup, garage or entry organization, small task lists, errands, shopping support, trash or recycling help, seasonal reminders, and non-medical check-ins.
These plans are ideal for seniors, busy families, adult children helping aging parents, and homeowners or business owners who want reliable recurring support.
Twice-Monthly Home Support Plans
Our Twice-Monthly Home Support Plans provide more consistent help with two scheduled visits per month.
This may include everything in the Monthly Home Support Plan, plus more frequent yard touch-ups, garage or porch upkeep, errands, shopping support, senior check-ins, family updates, and priority scheduling for larger projects.
This plan is best for customers who need more routine support and peace of mind.
Fixed-Income Senior Support
We offer limited-scope senior support visits designed to help seniors on fixed incomes with small, manageable tasks.
This may include taking out trash or recycling, bringing in mail or packages, light porch or walkway cleanup, breaking down boxes, small home tasks, light organization, basic errand support, and family updates if requested.
This service is intended for small tasks only. Larger cleanups, hauling, heavy lifting, major yard work, and extended visits may require a different package or custom quote.
Landlord & Property Manager Projects
We provide practical property support for landlords, realtors, and property managers who need reliable help preparing or maintaining properties.
This may include trash-outs, move-out item removal, yard cleanup, curb appeal reset, garage or shed cleanup, exterior cleanup, photo updates, recurring property check-ins, and vendor coordination when agreed in advance.
Pricing depends on the scope, location, disposal needs, and number of properties.
Seasonal Property Prep
We help homeowners and property owners prepare for seasonal changes throughout the year.
This may include leaf cleanup, storm debris pickup, porch or patio reset, yard touch-ups, outdoor item organization, walkway clearing, garage organization, and basic curb appeal cleanup.
Major landscaping, roof work, tree work, gutter cleaning, and licensed repairs are not included unless separately quoted or referred out.
Custom Property Reset Projects
Some jobs do not fit neatly into a standard package. For larger or more complex projects, we offer custom estimates after a phone consultation, photos, video review, or in-person walkthrough.
Custom projects may include larger cleanouts, tractor/bucket work, heavy yard cleanup, large hauling jobs, estate support, rental turnovers, and multi-area property resets.
Final pricing depends on labor, distance, disposal, materials, access, safety conditions, equipment needs, and overall scope.
